Welcome to our farm. Here you can breathe the culture of genuine products, slow food, friendly nature. In our kitchen you will find the typical dishes of the local tradition: from the appetizers to the first courses such as the “jota”, a soup made with sour cabbage and beans, the “minestra de bobici”, made of beans and corn, homemade pasta, to main courses such as sausages and sauerkrauts, meat from own elevage in various fashions and typical potatoes "in tecia” ending with cakes made following the old recipes of our grandmothers.
We produce some of best quality local wines, namely Malvasia, Vitovska and obviously Refosco.
Come and see us. In few minutes from Trieste you will find yourself in a hidden world to re-discover forgotten tastes or relax and spend a day riding across the tracks of the Carso.
